Rae joined AAL Faculty because she felt her alignment to create an environment and experience that is explicitly inclusive of the entire human experience. She has been on her own evolutionary path of waking up & growing up for more than 20 years. Her teachings are combined from her wisdom & knowledge of trauma work, Kashmir Shaivism, Mahamudra, Reiki, Taoist Inner Alchemy, movement/dance therapies, and Wise Woman Ways. 

Rae shares, “Awaken As Love has validated for me what true integration feels like and looks like. AAL has provided a potent opportunity for self-development in a container of integrity, compassion, and safety. I feel deeply & confidently self-resourced to move through the mystery of life since I began my journey with AAL in Stage 1.”

She rejoices in educating her community in ways to live in harmony with themselves, with others, and with the Earth. Her passions include ecoexuality, nondual Tantra, shamanism, plant relationships, conservation, and medicine making.
